We know you may want to return items, and to do so you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Returns can only be accepted if they are unopened and in their original condition, and a full refund for the price of the item will be issued against the original method of payment. We can only accept returns of opened items if they are agreed to be faulty.
Replacement and Cancellation Terms
If your product is faulty or you have received the wrong item please ring or email us. Don’t forget to give us your name and address and the reason for returning. Orders are processed the day of receipt (Mon – Sat) so cancellations must be dealt with immediately via email. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If a parcel is lost you have 28 days to let us know so that we can refund you or offer a replacement. However once 28 days have passed we cannot offer a refund/replacement.
