Delivery Methods
UK Mainland
For all deliveries to a mainland UK mainland address we have the following delivery methods available:
- Standard (£1.99)
- Express (£2.99)
- Premium DPD (£5.99)
- Next Working Day Guaranteed (Before 1pm) (£6.99)
Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday, will be dispatched same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 1pm, for the purposes of delivery, will be treated as having been placed on the next working day (Monday- Friday).
Delivery Periods

If you place your order before 1pm on a working day, these periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 1pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
If you purchase a high value product from us, we will usually conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product. These may delay the expected date for delivery. Where the delivery date is delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you by email.
Unfortunately due to strict regulations introduced regarding sending certain products not all products are available for delivery to all destinations. Unfortunately due to these shipping restrictions we cannot currently ship the following items outside the UK: Aerosols, Flammable Liquids, Nail Polish, Perfume/Aftershave.
If an order is placed for any of these restricted items with a delivery address outside the UK a full refund will be issued against this order.
Please note: Due to Royal Mail restrictions, we are only able to send out 4 nail polishes in any one order & we are unable to send Nail Polish internationally.
